โ๏ธ Letters โ a classic that works worldwide
We also ship the old-school way, by letter โ both within Poland and abroad. Two roads to choose from:
- Standard Letter โ the cheapest option, no tracking number. For those who like to save and accept a pinch of risk.
- Registered Letter โ with a dispatch number and delivery confirmation. For those who prefer to sleep soundly.
๐ฎ Why is Registered more expensive? Because the post office means queues!
We won't sugar-coat it โ registered letters cost more and we mean it literally. Sending one requires physically standing in line at the post office, filling in a named form and getting confirmation at the counter. That price is simply our time spent in that queue, so that you get a tracking number and peace of mind. ๐ Want to save and don't need tracking? Choose a Standard Letter. Want certainty and the ability to track? Pay a little extra for Registered โ it's truly worth it.
๐ We ship almost everywhere โ with a few exceptions
We deliver across the globe. There are, however, places our goods simply will not go. On our blacklist are countries we ourselves consider problematic โ including Russia, Israel and the USA. We do not ship there. Full stop.
๐๏ธ To countries where a war is ongoing, we can dispatch a parcel โ but let's be honest with each other: we do not guarantee its delivery. Postal services in a war zone play by their own rules, and we don't promise things beyond our control.
๐ธ Every letter and every parcel โ photographed. No exceptions.
This is our signature and our point of pride. Before we send anything, we photograph the contents of the shipment. Every letter โ without any exception โ is photographed right before it's dropped into the mailbox.
And that very photo is the only proof of shipping we can give you for a Standard Letter. The entire packing process takes place under constant CCTV surveillance, so we can reconstruct every order step by step. Any doubts about the contents or the course of shipping? We play with open cards: a Standard Letter has no tracking number and we do not guarantee its delivery. By choosing this method you knowingly accept the risk โ it's the cheapest, but without insurance and without tracking.
The only proof of shipping you'll get from us is a photo of the letter taken right before dropping it into the mailbox. Want certainty and the ability to track? Choose a Registered Letter or a Parcel Locker โ then you sleep soundly. ๐ด
